Welcome to the York Education Foundation


We are an independent, nonprofit organization made up of community members committed to quality education for the students of York.  Through grant awards, we support innovative projects that supplement the core curriculum but cannot be funded through the traditional school budget process.  We work with educators to help them identify ideas and formulate programs that enhance the students’ education in and out of the classroom, as well as provide professional development for staff.  Through our grant process, we try to touch as many York students each year as possible.

We always welcome support and input from the community.  If you are interested in getting involved with YEF or want to share your ideas, click here to let us know how you would like to participate.  A Board member will be in touch with you to follow up.  Also, if you would like to support YEF with a financial contribution, click here for more information on how you can contribute.
